Last year, Derek, my sister Mandi, and I embarked on an adventure to the beautiful Island of Oahu, Hawaii. We did everything from surfing to swimming with the dolphins (my childhood dream). We were in paradise, and never wanted to leave. I shed a tear or two on the plane ride back. Fast forward one year, and we're off on another adventure starting Monday... tell you more about it soon ;)
