Meet Derek. An (almost) attorney by day and rockstar by night. Well to be honest, he's not really a rockstar, unless you count his credentials on Guitar Hero. Best friend with benefits :)

Last Friday, D and I celebrated another wonderful year together. We kept our celebration pretty low key and decided to explore san francisco. Although we've lived in the Bay area for quite some time now, we have yet to even skim the surface of all the wonders it has to offer. As a result of my recent urge to inhale anything donut, our day began with sampling treats from the famous Dynamo Donuts in the Mission District, followed by a trip to the Academy of Arts and Science (which I highly recommend). We visited Pho Garden (home of the superhuman sized pho challenge) for dinner, and came home happy and satisfied. Life is great when you're always in the company of your best friend =) Next week, we're heading to Seattle for our official celebration! Can't wait!!
