{relaxin after a busy weekend}
This weekend, I headed off to Southern California for a mini vacation. It was so nice to spend quality time with my sister and extended family.
After lots of family time and exciting festivities, my sister and I decided to keep Sunday low key and head to the quiet town of Venice Beach. Unlike the hustle and bustle lifestyle of L.A., life in Venice is pretty low key. Its residents and business owners definitely dance to the beat of their own drums, and I love it! Its unique organic eateries, musicians, pastry shops, street vendors, and retail shops were perfect for perusing on a lazy Sunday. What a great ending to my little weekend adventure!
Hope you guys had a great weekend too =)
xoxo,
Melissa
